The list was narrowed to five applicants, they will be interviewed at the Board offices on Friday March 25th. Those being interviewed are Richard Duncan, Michael Fling, Gregory Miller, Walter Saunders and Christie Willis.

After the interviews, the top three applicants will move on to a “public forum” on Monday March 28th. This forum will allow the prospects to formally introduce themselves to the public and field questions submitted by the public. This forum will begin at 6 p.m. and be held at the Wood County Technical Center located adjacent to Parkersburg South High School.

At the Board meeting on Tuesday evening March 29th, the Board members will make their final recommendation and pick a new Wood County Schools Superintendent.
